There's a saying: "You know what you're losing, but you don't know what you're gaining." For the past ten years, I've had our car serviced and repaired at a SOURGET PEUGEOT garage, where everything has always gone smoothly. While chatting with a neighbor, he asked me why I should go further for servicing when there's a garage of the same brand less than a kilometer away. My wife also told me that the services must be identical since it was the same chain. So I made an appointment, and on the appointed day, we went to the garage. We were warmly received and explained what we wanted: a general service and new tires. They gave us a quote, which we accepted and signed. The gentleman (very courteous) told us we would pick up our car around 4 p.m. and that we would be notified by text message, or contacted by phone if necessary. We waited until 5 p.m. Having received neither a call nor a text message, I called to find out what was going on. The person I spoke to explained that the person who was supposed to call me was out of the office and that the estimate needed to be revised for various reasons. He also told me that, normally, it wasn't necessary to add oil and that the bill would be reduced by about thirty euros. I then went back to the garage with my wife to get more information. To our great surprise, we were told that this and that would actually need to be added, which increased the bill by nearly 300 euros. Instead of being reduced, the bill was increasing considerably. We nevertheless agreed to proceed with the work, with the promise that the car would be ready the next day. When I went to pick up the vehicle, to my great surprise, I was presented with a bill for over €1,200 instead of the €900 and some change quoted. I asked for an explanation: I was told that the price quoted only covered the particulate filter and that the accessories were extra. As I looked at the invoice, the gentleman then said, "Ah, there's a mistake, we didn't deduct the €30 discount on the tires," and gave me another invoice, no doubt to smooth things over. I find this unacceptable and shocking. Another important point: at SOURGET, where we used to go, the work was always done professionally. Every time we dropped off the vehicle, even for the most routine repair, the technician protected the steering wheel and seats with appropriate covers. After the service, the interior was vacuumed and the car washed. Once the vehicle was ready, we were notified by text message of the pick-up time. The next day, we were contacted by email or phone to find out how satisfied we were. Here, on the contrary, we got back an uncleaned car. We even found debris on the carpets and traces of dirt on the steering wheel. Since then, there's been complete silence: no contact, no follow-up. It is therefore with regret that I share this opinion and, for these reasons, I do not recommend this garage. This just goes to show that when you're satisfied with a service or a place, it's best not to change: you know what you're losing, but you never know what you'll gain! Sincerely.

Fantastic van experience! We rented the Citroën Vangolfe from Garage de l’Arrivée: a clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped van, even for a winter getaway. The handover was quick and easy, with clear explanations, and the team was always available if needed. We had a wonderful stay in Quiberon, completely independent and without any unpleasant surprises. I highly recommend this rental for a van trip!

At this dealership, nothing goes right. Commitments with the on-site professionals, vehicle delivery deadlines not met, verbal and written promises not honored—I find it outrageous that with this garage, and especially with the manager, Mellet, I have to chase after my money. So I'm out a small amount, but still, knowing that it was initially a lapse in judgment on the part of the sales department! The sum is undoubtedly insignificant to him, but it was a matter of principle! A broken promise from a manager who doesn't keep his word and who even prefers to reply to text messages that he's read! Don't bother contacting me again, Mr. Mellet. Beware of this customer.
