We had a nail stuck on our renting car wheel, and we called our renter and he sent us Jean Pierre, from the renault repairing assistance and he arrived in 10 minutes and did the emergency change in 5 minutes, really quick and he was an absolute sweet-heart, really nice and professional. today we went to do the full repair to their garage and Nicolas Grandjean helped us, he called europcar, he repaired our wheels and he (extra) checked the pressure of all of our other wheels, he was as Jean Pierre, an absolute sweet-heart and really really peofoessional, effective and quick. amazing service!!

In the past, I met Mr. Arthur Minet on another opportunity, when I found out that his new home is Renault, I had no doubts about continuing our relationship to complete our leasing.
