The advisors are truly excellent: welcoming, professional, and attentive—no complaints there.
However, booking an appointment by phone with the AI chatbot is a complete disaster. The system is unclear, frustrating, and definitely doesn't make you want to go to Citroën. It's a shame, as I needed to change my tires.
It's a pity, because the in-person experience at the garage is good, but the phone system ruins everything.

The service was quick and attentive. I came in for a simple question about getting a duplicate key made for a very old vehicle. I received excellent information and advice, which I found particularly reassuring, especially considering the vehicle is over thirty years old. It gives you an idea of the team's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I have nothing but praise! Thank you, and I'll definitely be back soon!

Very warm welcome, extremely reasonable price for the service. Quick appointment. I'm not knowledgeable enough about engines to judge the work done, but if it's anything like the rest of the service, there's nothing to worry about.
