What can we say about this dealership except that when we're customers, we're best friends, but when we return the vehicle, we're nothing but shit.
The salesperson sent us to Reims to return a vehicle we'd taken from them. Of course, upon receiving the vehicle, they found small scratches, made after three years of leasing, which are normal scratches.
However, the receipt wasn't.
I wouldn't recommend this dealership, which is located in Reims, to anyone.
A lot of fine words, but they're not empty words. We can admit that one quality they have is knowing how to lull customers to sleep.
For your information, we've been customers of theirs for over nine years. Until now, everything was going well. We decided to retire the vehicle, and since then, we've been nothing.
I advise anyone to look elsewhere than at this dealership if you don't want to be ripped off when the time comes. I'll call it the Garage, the shame.

Very very disappointed and angry too. We bought a used C 5 Air Cross diesel in February 2024. One year warranty. When we bought it, the garage told us to come back in February 2025 for maintenance. This was done in February 2025 for an amount of €426.61. In April 2025, major ADBLUE failure, no more warranty. Injector and sensor to be changed. For an amount of €814.43. Part of which should have been covered by Citroën France. It's up to us to take the necessary steps. And send all the requested documents. Unfortunately, the 2024 maintenance was not done, so no invoice, we are not entitled to anything. When we bought it, the unscrupulous salesperson had verbally promised us that the maintenance would be done as well as the paint touch-ups before delivery. In addition, the mileage did not correspond to that displayed on the car. When we asked him for the maintenance booklet, he told us it was all on My Citroën. We were never able to access it. It took a while to retrieve the car's history. In fact, no maintenance had been done in 2024. A big disappointment. It just goes to show that you should always have all these pretty words written down in black and white.
