SHAMEFUL:
Incompetence and attempted extortion!
Avoid this establishment at all costs; their methods are thuggish. I came in for a gearbox warning light after a clutch repair. The result: my problem is still not solved, but they tried to rip me off.
I was charged €40 for 15 minutes of "work" (a diagnostic scan that was supposed to be free according to the agreement with my original garage) solely to try and sell me a €1500 particulate filter! A fault that isn't even on my dashboard and has ABSOLUTELY NO connection to my problem. They kept my car for two days doing nothing but trying to inflate the bill. It's pure and simple theft and a complete lack of professionalism.
Don't waste your time responding with hypocritical politeness or justifying the €40 charge with "time spent" or "the cost of the machine": charging for a useless diagnosis while ignoring the actual problem the customer is there for is the very definition of incompetence (or dishonesty). Your priority is clearly not repairing cars, but emptying wallets.

The welcome immediately sets the tone: not a smile, not a kind word... you almost feel like you're in the way.
€200 for a simple diagnosis is almost a record! At that price, you'd expect at least a coffee and a little courtesy.
Avoid this garage if you like to be well received and keep your wallet intact.

Very professional and responsive mechanic. I had a breakdown on my vehicle while returning from vacation, he handled the repair quickly and with great care. Clear communication, precise and respected quote. I recommend without hesitation!

Following a disc and pad change on a Nissan Juke, the handbrake became misaligned (it had to be raised as far as it could go for the car to stay stationary).
After calling the garage to report the problem, a garage representative told me there was no connection between the handbrake and the front/rear brakes.
While on the Nissan Juke, the handbrake is mechanically linked to the rear brakes.
There is a screw under the handbrake cover that allows it to be re-tensioned.
I find it unfortunate that the garage didn't check the handbrake after the disc and pad changes and didn't acknowledge their mistake later.
The misalignment of the handbrake could have caused an accident.
