They ordered the wrong parts four times in total, and without even checking if they were correct, they scheduled an appointment only to tell us they hadn't done it after all. Once we arrived, they didn't even call. We were patient and understanding, but this time, in addition to pulling the same stunt again without warning, they decided to leave without thinking, taking my keys with them at the appointed time to pick up the vehicle, leaving me stranded. I'm not a mechanic, but when I order parts for my car, I receive the correct ones, like tires and brake pads. They are truly incompetent and became threatening and easily offended when we expressed our dissatisfaction.

Quite an experience... I paid for a repair, didn't check, and drove home with my car. I realized at home that the repair hadn't been done. It had been returned to me without checking. I had paid for a bumper repaint, but it had been sanded and left as it was, scratched without paint. I then returned and left my car for several days without being kept informed. No calls, no replies to calls or emails either. So I was forced to go there in an old car that someone had lent me (thanks anyway) to check on me since I didn't get any answers. I was then paraded around the block with creative excuses for days. "Come back tonight." In the evening: "Oh no, come back tomorrow after all." "They're fixing our phone line this Friday." I went back like this seven times to no avail before finding my car the following week, missing the radio antenna. I understand the delays, but what's really bothering me is the unpleasant feeling of being taken for a fool when someone replies to me, and the lack of communication. I work, and I need my vehicle to keep my appointments. It's a shame. I'm happy to support the businesses in my small village, but this is too much.

I highly recommend this garage. Competence, service, availability, and friendliness. The price paid was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent. A big thank you to the whole team.

Mr. Gamerre, manager of the Motrio Rians garage, is welcoming, competent, and a very friendly person. He is professional and honest. He addressed my air conditioning problem and tested the system. The air conditioning works well. Since the leak check yielded no results, he advised me to come back at the end of summer for a recheck. The staff is very friendly and conscientious, which is so rare these days. I recommend this local garage.
