Excellent garage! The reception is professional, with a very pleasant receptionist. The mechanics are very kind and patient. It's a real plus to have a reliable garage near my home. They reassured me and addressed all my concerns about the battery in my Fiat 500 hybrid. I highly recommend them.

One star is already too much! "Replacing a faulty airbag is impossible because a sensor in the door pillar is beeping." Quote: €250 "We'll replace the airbag if you replace the sensor at your own expense." Using people's lives as leverage... I wonder how serious this is. I ended up replacing the sensor myself (€30), and after calling the receptionist every day for three weeks, I never managed to get an appointment or a callback. In the urgency of the situation, Citroën France finally sent me to another local garage, which handled things professionally and quickly. They assured me there was no problem replacing the airbag without this infamous sensor. I'm ashamed for you.

Unrecommendable garage. A series of problems with a used vehicle, one was fixed, 250km, from Bordeaux there and back, a defective air conditioning system and not serviced and even damaged condenser hs, the other is not covered by the warranty, supposedly a wheel bearing, a safety component however, they did not want to do anything. They deliberately denied the fault claiming that the bearing was fine, even telling me that they had checked all 4 wheels. Which is false... you should also know that the car was delivered to me without a jack, and apparently that did not bother them more than that. They did nothing to fix the problem. They are totally indifferent and incredibly bad faith. No respect for the customer and it is obvious that they do not give a damn. They made me do, at their request, 250km to tell me that they would not do anything about the fault. I am not talking about the preparation of the car. Barely washed, just an interior cleaning. A disgrace knowing that they have an obligation towards customers. A salesperson who doesn't communicate, who doesn't say anything, bordering on unpleasant. In addition, they never answer the phone, knowing they are at fault. Complicated communication. On the other hand, they had no problem presenting the bank check 48 hours after payment... the main thing is the money... unpleasant people. In short, avoid them as much as possible in your own interest.
