I came to the garage at 2 PM on January 7th, 2025, for a flat tire. I was seen immediately, and the young mechanic did the repair quickly. He even swapped my tires because the front ones were worn. The service was truly impeccable and professional. I highly recommend this garage.

On Friday afternoon, August 14, 2020, my daughter, accompanied by her father, went to the Jouve Père et Fils garage for a slow leak, which turned out to be a double puncture with two screws embedded in the tire. The repair was done and adjusted, but on Saturday morning, August 15, the tire was flat again. There was no way to get it repaired on that public holiday. Our departure for the Var region, 600 km from Riom-ès-Montagnes, was scheduled for Sunday, August 16, and we had to drive on the spare tire to Decazeville, where my cousin, a mechanic, noticed that the tire hadn't been cleaned inside before the patches were applied.
Therefore, I regret to inform you that I must give a negative review due to the lack of professionalism of the person who handled the tire.
