What a shame! My Renault Kadjar's engine warning light came on, and I called, politely asking if I could speak to a mechanic about my problem. The next step would have been to schedule a repair. I was abruptly cut off, with the explanation, "They're swamped, I'm not going to put you through for that, goodbye." Having some experience in the automotive industry, I completely understand the workload, but I much less understand the coldness with which I was answered, without even offering to call back at a quieter time or to be called back. Given that the "it" was an engine warning light on a vehicle of that brand, I wonder what this woman was so interested in.
This garage had been recommended to me for its mechanical expertise; unfortunately, I won't have the opportunity to sing its praises.

While we were on our way back from vacation, we had a broken turbocharger hose. The garage, and especially Romain, took care of us and were very responsive in obtaining a replacement part and replacing it. And all at a very reasonable price.
We were able to leave and return home 24 hours later.

Following a traffic issue that wasn't resolved at a competitor's garage near my home...
I contacted them and arranged an appointment at this garage.
A really friendly welcome and a chat with the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. The manager called to keep me informed! The rates were really reasonable.
I highly recommend them!
