Excellent service for my vehicle. It broke down upon arriving in Amiens for a few days. They towed it and immediately diagnosed the problem with a competent and very friendly mechanic who explained the issue (a broken accessory belt). They did everything they could to fix it quickly. The receptionist was also very friendly. I highly recommend this garage.

Citroën assistance sent them to me. The service arrived on time, and the technician was extremely competent, charming, and accommodating.
A few hours later, I received a call telling me it was just a loose battery terminal. I picked up my vehicle that afternoon. The woman at the reception desk was charming and courteous, and explained that for so little...
they could have simply replaced the battery and charged me... but not at all: they did their job and helped me out with a smile. Thank you 👍
