Warm welcome. As we were leaving the BLD J. Baptiste Clément garage, where we were "greeted" without a single "Hello" as we passed several salespeople, the St Anne garage agreed to inspect the car to detect the problem so we could get back on the road safely. Thank you.

Following the work carried out by this mechanic, our vehicle was immobilized and subsequently experienced numerous problems.
We requested detailed invoices for the parts with exact part numbers, but received no response and contested the claim.
This mechanic is now demanding an exorbitant sum given the condition of the vehicle and has been harassing us for months through a bailiff. To be clear: this bailiff even claimed to have served us with a letter, which is false. We moved and changed regions without ever receiving any notification, leaving us without any opportunity to defend ourselves. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to force us to pay a substantial sum at the mechanic's request, for a result that is unacceptable.
This is completely unacceptable, as our vehicle has been defective since this mechanic's intervention, and yet this same establishment is resorting to defamation and demanding money for an unsatisfactory and somewhat dubious repair.
It's utterly shameful.
Avoid this mechanic.
We will be taking legal action.

A garage I enjoyed coming to until now but unfortunately I won't be going to anymore. I had a service done, explicitly asking to check the battery because the light had come on several times a few days before. They confirmed that the battery was partially discharged but they didn't do anything about it. How much more would it have cost them to recharge the battery? So I'll go elsewhere from now on.
