Hello,
We had the misfortune, or perhaps the misfortune, of calling on Jérôme, the son.
The reception was appalling, the service disastrous, and upon arriving at the garage, Jérôme didn't even have 5 minutes to spare to explain what was going to happen.
I absolutely do not recommend this garage, where it's clear that money is more important than people.

Avoid at all costs… you won't go back there… not even by chance. The garage is well located, the cashier is pleasant, but a disrespectful, sneering, and rude mechanic brings shame to the profession.

€120 for the diagnostic scan (which apparently is expensive to operate).
They told me the garage couldn't do anything and that I had to go elsewhere.
My car was there for 15 days with no results.
No loaner car was available for 15 days.

I'm not one of the satisfied customers.
All talk and no action.
They don't respect the insurance charter as an approved garage.
Only recommended for those who don't need their vehicle.

After a battery repair, I had the opportunity to come and change it at this garage and I was very satisfied with the way my vehicle was handled and the speed with which they responded.
Everyone is extremely friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.
