I went to this garage in early January for a coolant leak under the steering wheel, at my feet. It was definitely a yellow liquid, clearly coolant, which I told the mechanic right away. I clearly explained that there was a leak. At that point, I thought the problem had been fixed, especially since the bill was already €260. And then, a few days ago, the coolant leaked again, still under the steering wheel, at my feet. So I went back to the garage, logically thinking I wouldn't have to pay again for the same problem. Well, no. The result: an additional €491 for a cracked heater core. I understand perfectly well how it works: the coolant flows through the hoses and the heater core. I know perfectly well that the heater core is the source of the leak at my feet. In fact, even the mechanic who came to my car the first time had checked for the presence of coolant. But the mechanic refuses to admit that there was coolant in the car during the initial repair, claiming there wasn't any at that time, even though I explained that the coolant was leaking, disappearing, and then leaking again. Under the steering wheel, the floor was wet and viscous—clearly coolant, not water. The worst part is that when I look at the reviews, I see several negative comments describing the exact same situation: customers returning for the same problem and being charged double, or even more. Some even say they went to another mechanic afterward and paid significantly less. And after all that, you're telling me I'll pay more elsewhere?! In the end, I lost €260, so there's no point in denying the obvious: you're really ripping people off. If you don't want to pay double or triple the price for a problem that was misdiagnosed from the start, look elsewhere! That's a great way to lose customers!

I highly recommend them; there are still genuine mechanics out there who are willing to help walk-in customers despite their busy schedules. They even lent me a car to go get parts and get me back on the road within a few hours. They were incredibly kind. Thanks again.

Misdiagnosis made during my first and only visit. I paid 300 euros to check the "Excessive Engine Temperature" warning light after driving 20 km. After calling him, the mechanic told me it was just the fluid circulating. 20 km later, I was forced to stop because a lot of smoke was coming out of the hood (and the light was still on). Another call to the mechanic, who told me to come back to the garage. Upon arriving at the garage (driving with smoke coming out of the hood on the mechanic's advice), after looking under the hood, he told me it was the cylinder head gasket that was damaged and that it would cost me around 2,500 euros. He added that it was probably because I initially drove too long with the light on without second-guessing himself (false, by the way, I had stopped almost immediately after the light came on). In the end, I was able to get my car repaired for 700 euros at another garage. In short, a misdiagnosis, and I avoided the problem after probably making it worse.

Very disappointed with this mechanic who relies a little too much on what his test kit tells him... An air conditioning problem that he never found (even though he confirmed that everything was working properly??), while another competent mechanic finally found the fault. A noise problem with the rear shock absorber that, according to him, required replacing the entire assembly for 1,500 euros, while another mechanic who racked his brains a bit fixed the problem for half the price. And recently, a breakdown of the so-called turbo (even though he had already had me change the air metering unit because the suitcase had told him...), that he wanted to charge me 1912 euros... I refused to pay the diagnostic fee given the total lack of trust I had in him (since I suspect he changed a part for nothing a year ago because the same problem persists), telling him that if I was wrong I would come back and pay him. Except that I just got my car back with the problem fixed by another mechanic who was much more competent and better at troubleshooting and diagnostics for 600 euros.... I find that this mechanic is not bad only if you already know what to change; otherwise, move on, there are much better ones elsewhere.
