I had several services done at this garage, including a timing belt replacement. Despite my insistence regarding an engine oil problem and my request for an oil level test, nothing was reported to me. Today, however, a defect has been acknowledged following an expert assessment, and I am currently in proceedings with Stellantis and Citroën.
When I contacted the garage again to request that they cover the cost of the diagnosis, the telephone reception at the workshop was particularly unpleasant, and they still refuse to acknowledge the problem.
I would like to emphasize, however, that the receptionist is very charming and professional. Unfortunately, the reception and attitude at the mechanics' workshop are appalling. A very disappointing experience given the lack of listening and consideration. If I could, I would give it zero stars.

As a recent customer of a company car, this garage has everything to make me want to come back. Easy access, plenty of parking spaces, and the staff are incredibly efficient in handling the vehicle: attentive, considerate, friendly, smiling, and quick. A nice, simple, and efficient little waiting area. Thank you.

I received a very warm welcome; they kindly offered me a discount and were very professional. I dropped off my car this morning and picked it up this afternoon. They are quick and efficient; I recommend this garage.

Completely useless. I contacted them following the recall campaign regarding the faulty and dangerous airbags. They said they didn't have the part, that I had to order it and that they would get back to me... I'm still waiting. They clearly don't give a damn about the safety of their customers. Avoid them if possible.

Extremely disappointed and angry!
Poor service and absolutely no consideration for the customer. They completely ignored me, and it was nearly impossible to get a simple "hello" out of them.
They spoke to me in a condescending and arrogant tone. All for a simple request for information. They didn't even bother to take my vehicle registration document.
I had to go to another Citroën dealership before they would even answer my question…
