Hands off!!! We stayed with our bus on the highway. Went towed by the ADAC and finally landed after 6 hours in this workshop. From a cracked V-belt was then of course directly a defect of the servo pump attest. Of course you did not speak English well here, not at all. As always in France! From 80 € in Germany, what it cost our workshop in Germany. Were then a whopping 1000 €. Of course you wanted to have cash immediately. The next day the vehicle should be ready. So we took a hotel with 2 children nearby. Well, what happened ... Of course it was not finished. Hotel booked for free! 21 telephone calls with the ADAC in France led! After a long time back and forth, we then got a rental car, which we could go back to Germany! Fabulous 10 days we waited until we finally could pick up our bus again. Of course we were not allowed to take along the allegedly exchanged parts! Who likes to blame it? Have not been exchanged anyway! People are watching here!

Following a breakdown on the motorway, we were assisted by this breakdown service. While the vehicle was indeed towed, the safety conditions seemed very questionable to me: we were left inside the vehicle during transport on the flatbed truck. From a safety perspective, this is frankly debatable. I also got the impression that the main objective was to rack up as many breakdowns as possible, without any real support for the customer. Once dropped off, there was no help whatsoever: no advice, no estimate, no repair timeframe given. We were left to deal with our problem on our own. The faulty part had to be transported back to the site of the breakdown on my own, more than 400 km away, and I had to carry out the repair myself on the sidewalk with tools kindly lent to me by the taxi driver—even though the garage was fully equipped. In short: minimal service, with no support or consideration for the aftermath. Very disappointing at an already stressful time.

After a breakdown on the motorway, I'm glad I didn't listen to the mechanic who, simply by lifting the hood, claimed that the engine had seized. He was wrong: it was just a fuel supply problem.
