Thanks to Jordan who went above and beyond to find the fault and repair my Epartner under warranty.
Thank you also for his calls to keep me updated during the four-month wait to get my car back. A big thumbs down to Peugeot France for abandoning its customers who chose the brand and opted for electric vehicles. No spare parts and a four-month wait for a faulty wiring harness under warranty... Shameful. Five stars well deserved for Peugeot Romans and zero stars for Peugeot France.

I would like to thank the entire team at the Peugeot dealership for their professionalism and kindness. The team is responsive, friendly, and extremely understanding.
I brought my 208 in for a service, and a cylinder head check was added. Initially scheduled for an hour, the work ended up taking longer. As I had an important appointment, a member of staff kindly gave me a ride so I could get there. Ultimately, the cylinder head needed replacing, and since they didn't have the part, they arranged for me to be provided with a loaner car in the meantime.
I am truly impressed by their kindness, attentiveness, and efficiency. Thank you for this excellent service!

The appointment was successfully booked, but the oil change itself was a disaster. During the service, my oil pan was broken and poorly repaired, all without my knowledge.
An oil leak was subsequently discovered, and another garage took charge of the repairs. I advise against having your vehicle serviced by the brand's dealerships to maintain an up-to-date service record and ensure a reliable vehicle. The result was a €580 oil change for a shoddy job.
