Emergency visit for a brake replacement that Norauto refused to do because they're incompetent. The brakes are perfectly fitted, the service was quick, and the technician I dealt with was incredibly professional. He even called to let me know that earlier service was possible because they had received the parts in advance. I highly recommend this auto center, which, according to people I know, wasn't up to par. I was pleasantly surprised and even 100% satisfied with the service, which is also cheaper than Norauto.

The last service I had done there cost €800, and the wheel alignment was so badly done that I wore down my new tires on the outside.
Then I took my car in with an engine warning light, and they charged me €80 for a bogus repair that only lasted a few kilometers. There was a punctured hose right above the cylinder head; even a blind person could have seen it. Honestly, it makes you wonder if they're really mechanics. Avoid them at all costs.

Garage that lacks professionalism, we had a starter motor changed on an 807 which turned out to be poorly positioned, faulty, or even of poor quality, the person opposite was unable to answer us and say what the problem was. This cost us more money in other garages since we thought that the problem came from something other than the starter motor which had just been changed.

THIEVES. I came in to have my front left bulb changed. When I got there, everything was working on the right side, then they told me there was a problem with the front right since they had done the test (so it happened in their garage, they admitted it). Then they changed the left bulb, and when I left the garage, my front left light still wasn't working. Despite that, I paid for a bulb and the labor to install it. It's a SHAME! REALLY. To be dishonest for 20 euros! Luckily, in life, things often come back around 🙏🏾. A word to the wise: the Leclerc auto garage is an honest garage with competent people and fair prices. Shame on Feu Vert.

Je suis allé dans ce centre auto pour le changement des amortisseurs avant, quelques temps après mon véhicule fait un bruit anormal.
Je suis allé dans un autre centre feu vert et on m'informe que le travail a été mal effectué et qu'il manque un écrou de fixation.
Centre auto à fuir, aucun professionnalisme, et aussi ils ont été incapable de me dire que mes pneus étaient usés alors qu'un diagnostic est effectué.
