Broken down 200km from home on December 24th, the tow truck was able to take me to this center because I had a maintenance contract. Even though it was closing time, the staff gave me a warm welcome and my car battery was replaced that very afternoon of the 26th! The technicians answered all my questions and I was able to get back on the road with complete peace of mind.
A huge thank you to everyone, you were fantastic!

A big thumbs up for the inefficiency of the entire Feu Vert team. I'd like to point out that I've been a customer of theirs for a while and have already returned several different vehicles.
I've noted their expertise on several different models, for common tasks....
The Feu Vert team is incompetent at checking a fuel filter on a 3008!!
How can they do maintenance... lol
I went to their place to ask them to check it because there was a smell of gasoline in the passenger compartment...
They pretended to look, but without removing the back seat where the fuel filter is located on this model...
I called them and made an appointment. They gave me an appointment that day. I pointed out once again that I'd been a customer of theirs for a few years, so they had my contact information. They didn't let me know, waited for me to come to the appointment and told me that they couldn't look under the seat of the vehicle, where, once again, the fuel filter on this model is located...
A big thumbs up for the incompetence of this team and the lack of respect for the customer!
