Quand la confiance est rompue !!!!
Je me suis fait réélement volé 200€, et je pèse mes mots.
J'ai demandé un prix pour la remise en peinture d'une ailre ARG , à la vue des travaux Mr F. m'anonce 200 €, je prends RV pour faire les travaux. Il me facture 405,00€ pour ce travail sans aucune explication si ce n'est que mon interlocuteur m'a racroché en guise d'explication.
Vu la confiance, je n'avais jamais verifier mes factures, jaurais du le faire. Pour un remplacement de plaquettes entre autre, le tarif Renault France est à 195€ quand je verifie sur ma facture 225 €.
Leur réponse est consternante de mensonge et de malhonnêteté.
Mon aile était simplement griffée en efffleurant le mur de mon garage
Et le meilleur ? A bout d'argument, on me parle d’un “débosselage” sur une aile en plastique (Noryl). Réussir à débosseler du plastique, il fallait oser !
Voilà comment perdre le renouvellement et l'entretien de 4 voitures!!!!!

Bought a used vehicle in January, completely satisfied: from delivery to follow-up. If I were to buy a vehicle again, I would return to this garage. The staff, from the manager to the employees, are top-notch! I recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend them. Finally, a garage that isn't just there to rip you off unnecessarily, but prefers to carry out the right and necessary repairs with a clear explanation of the work to be done.
It's worth noting that I also bought a vehicle from them four years ago, and to this day, I haven't had any problems or unpleasant surprises with the vehicle, which is rare these days. For me, I've found the ideal garage for maintaining my vehicle, and also the one I would trust if I decided to change cars.
A small, family-run garage, the kind you rarely see anymore, unpretentious and knowledgeable.

Following a door switch problem, I went to four dealerships, who just messed me around.
There I got the explanation for the problem and the solution.
Due to lack of time, I was given a solution so as not to ruin my vacation.
Honest and accessible professionals.
