Some time ago, you were ordered to impound my vehicle. A "service" you offer... Fine. Duly noted.
You still need basic, minimal know-how to load a vehicle that doesn't belong to you onto a flatbed. You're supposed to have the skills, right? And having done it myself, there's nothing complicated about it. Otherwise, I pity your customers who will be taken care of by you in the event of a breakdown...
It turns out you've completely wrecked the front axle of my car. The driver's-side wheel is completely out of alignment. Alignment isn't what I need at this point. To the point where the tire squeals continuously on the road. My vehicle is therefore unusable and dangerous. (The steering locks up when I turn hard left, and driving feels like I'm driving with all four tires flat.)
I don't know if recourse is possible, but rest assured I'll find out and seek compensation if necessary.

Personally, I took my vehicle for an engine and clutch change over a year ago to this garage. They put 5w30 engine oil in, even though the manufacturer recommends 5w40. The oil level was not correct. I also had bent air conditioning hoses and missing screws on the left-hand drive shaft. In my opinion, it's not professional. Avoid this garage.

Welcoming owner and very quick. I dropped off my car urgently and the gentleman returned it to me the next day. I highly recommend this garage.

I had an accident in August. The entire steering system was damaged, and the mechanic rebuilt it in less than a week, working on it every day despite the constant high demand.
And last night, Thursday, December 19th, I had a high-beam bulb blown. I called at 4 p.m. and at 6:15 p.m. the same day, it was rebuilt in 5 minutes. So, it's a really serious garage! And they're brave. Only one mechanic, and the owner handles all the administrative work, and the couple are always working late at night, despite that, they're always smiling and welcoming!
It's a shame we can only give 5 stars, otherwise it would be much better!

I arrived a little panicked because of a strange noise coming from my car, but the welcome was friendly and reassuring, and they were very accommodating.
Even though the owner was very busy, he took the time to help me.
A very good mechanic.
