My rating doesn't at all concern the people at the workshop, who were very pleasant and who were able to repair my car very quickly and cleanly.
But beware of the two secretaries who are very unpleasant in their words and attitudes, and who even dare to mock me. They wasted three hours of my time on an administrative issue and wouldn't give me back my car even though my insurer confirmed that I didn't have to pay anything. Ladies, change your career! And stop talking nonsense! Smiling is truly optional for you, and I hope that one day you'll find yourself on a sidewalk alone without a car, figuring out how to resolve your problems even though you weren't responsible for them...
Of course my comment is justified; they are unpleasant. The proof is in reading all the comments about your secretaries; none of them are positive.
Even after I resolved the problem myself, she continued to be rude.

This garage is very competent. They restored my car, which had been hit by a wild boar on the road. They truly saved my car!
And the staff is very pleasant and very honest about what they do to our cars.
I recommend it!

Warning about the Renault Saint Clément Garage in Rouen. Unfortunately, zero stars are not possible!
I want to share a very negative experience with this garage. After entrusting my vehicle for repairs on November 14, 2024, I picked up a supposedly repaired car that broke down just minutes later. Despite paying the bill in full, the garage refused:
To cover the additional repairs needed, which violates the legal warranty of conformity.
To return the replaced parts, as required by law.
To provide clear documentation regarding the repairs carried out.
Even worse, my legitimate requests were met with intimidating behavior and a categorical refusal to find an amicable solution. These practices are not only abusive, but they also demonstrate a blatant disregard for consumer rights. Reported to the consumer protection agency.
I strongly advise against this garage for anyone looking for a serious and honest professional. The complete lack of follow-up, combined with questionable practices, seriously damages the reputation of the brand he represents.
Don't be fooled by the mechanic's responses; he'll deny everything and try to discredit my opinion.

An unpleasant welcome twice, both in person and on the phone. On the phone, I asked for a quote for a service, and was told "it depends on the time spent." I had to insist 4 times to get a price estimate. Finally, a colleague who heard the discussion concluded that I should look elsewhere. Unbearable. A customer who asks a legitimate question about the estimated budget apparently gets on your nerves!

We came in today to top up our windshield washer fluid (included in our lease), but the attendant refused to do it, saying, "I can't, I won't get paid," implying it wasn't covered in our contract. We called our garage, and they confirmed it was.
Clearly, the person there didn't want to bother doing it and wasted our time.
They were also unfriendly. You really need to review your customer service policies.
