Following a telephone conversation with the reception staff, explaining my problem with my car, they didn't want to know anything, this is following a service done at their place, the oil level is 40%, to avoid any further inconvenience, I cut it short, but on top of that, a mechanic told me that my car would not pass the technical inspection, because I apparently had, the shock absorbers, an oil leak, and he had given me a quote of more than 500€ but unfortunately for them before committing to such expenses I decided to pass it as it is, during the technical inspection it passed, without major risk. Following my problem, they want me to make an appointment to have a diagnosis done, which is of course chargeable, while the fault comes from them, there is no question of fleeing, they are thieves

This garage is truly excellent, superb! The welcome is always warm, the service is top-notch, and my car is consistently repaired to a very high standard. I am very grateful to the technicians who repaired my car and to the two receptionists who are incredibly kind, friendly, and lovely. I highly recommend Opel Dieppe Mary Automobile without hesitation.

Shameful, a rip-off. Quote for a service/oil change: €500, reduced to €220 after I analyzed it. Done. Result: brake pads needed replacing. Another quote, €500. €84 at Norauto including installation. Okay, I understand it's not the same quality, but I don't need Rolls-Royce brake pads for my Peugeot 308. A salesperson's skill lies in knowing how to adapt to the customer. Useless.
