My Mercedez hit trouble just before arriving at Sandaya Sequilla Park Resort. lots of warning lights flashing. Car would move then would seize up. Ended up being towed to Patrick Launay Royan. I can’t thank the people who assisted me enough for getting me mobile again and able to make the trip home. It was a very stressful time, so thankful that a lady on reception spoke some English as sadly my French isn’t good. It was a very expensive fix needed new ECU but I was happy my car was in capable hands.
I am so grateful to the staff and mechanic/s for prioritising my repairs as I was on holiday and needed the car in a few days for the trip home.

Really helpful staff. Dealt perfectly with an English tourist who spoke little French, certainly one who doesn't know the French vocabulary for intermittent brake lamp warning. Replaced bulb foc. Perfect customer service. Thank you all so much, your manager should be proud of you. Allez le Citizens!

Yesterday afternoon my friend from Greece has called to the agency to rent a car. The lady who introduced herself as a responsible of the departement of the location told her she does not understant her accent and at the end of the conversation she hung the phone up without saying good bye .The way how this agence treats the outlanders is very degrading.The lady was very rude and did not answer any question. She has kept telling she is so busy to provide her information about rent a car
