After taking my car in four times and paying for an EGR valve repair that wasn't fixed, they sent another quote for €2529.04. On top of that, they don't even know if there's a timeframe for the repair. That's why they're so aggressive at reception; the receptionist acts like she's the head mechanic. There's no customer follow-up. I found another garage that repaired my car in 15 days and was much cheaper. Stop changing mechanics or just sell new cars. I'm talking about an Opel Royal, not a Sainte.

Same as all the comments below, we had an appointment to have a Takata airbag replaced today at 4:30 PM, and when we arrived, the garage was closed and there was no information on the doors or any way to reschedule the appointment!
After waiting for an hour and trying to call them in vain... very dissatisfied

What can I say? Wow, what a disaster! Same observation as Mr. Moreau, Ms. Lotte, and others... multiple interventions and still the same malfunction. The reception is a disaster, madam, you should see a doctor... I've never seen anything like it. Is there even a boss in this company of ghosts? Open your eyes, there's a problem, isn't there?!

After a bad experience a few years ago with a factory mechanical defect,
Today, following an electrical problem with our vehicle, we were advised to go directly to the dealership... The Opel dealership refused to inspect our vehicle because, and I quote: "Your vehicle has over 260,000 km and is not serviced by us. We do not wish to diagnose this vehicle..."
Knowing that we have just moved🤣...
What do we do?

I just purchased a new vehicle. The dealership also took two of my vehicles back.
