One month after buying my car, a suspicious noise when turning the wheels... apparently a loose metal panel underneath!
And three months later, the side mirrors broke. After several follow-up emails because it was under warranty, they sent me a used one (because it was too expensive otherwise!). The result? It doesn't work, so they put the original one back on. I've sent email after email (without response) asking what to do with my "rotten" mirrors (which are barely dangerous when they don't open manually...). Zero replies. They've been saying "we'll see what can be done with the workshop manager" for weeks now. Customer service: ZERO
