A four-month mobilization of my company vehicle (that's not the problem) But getting a vehicle back after so long in a terrible state (dust inside and grease marks on the outside) is something I've never experienced with other Renault garages. A minimum of know-how and attitude is required to build customer loyalty...

As usual, and for years now, the service and professionalism were top-notch. To ensure I wasn't left without transportation, a courtesy car was offered. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Rungis Auto

It's not my habit to post such negative comments; I hope this is an isolated case. But I'm not satisfied with the latest service from the Renault garage, which I've been loyal to for several years. I broke down due to poor service by the garage. The garage never wanted to acknowledge its fault and cover the cost of the service. The staff is friendly, but their attitude changes when you simply ask for compensation for the damages incurred, such as a simple spark plug. The garage refuses to cover the cost. Renault's national sales department is pathetic and doesn't take responsibility. The garages are franchised, etc. Renault disclaims all liability, which is not normal. Renault refused to guarantee the cost of a spark plug. Nor even a credit note for the vehicle's next service. Yet it's a garage I trusted, and now that trust has been broken. I've been charged twice as much for a simple spark plug service due to a defective Renault product. Sorry, but I won't be back. You can see in the photo that Renault Rungis claims that the spark plugs were replaced at the same time by their own care. I see one spark plug in good condition and another defective, but Renault refuses to acknowledge this. Dear customers, I urge you to request the parts replaced during the service as a precaution.

Nothing was positive, the diagnosis was misinterpreted, I paid to recharge the car battery knowing that my contract with Renault stipulated I shouldn't have to pay, the Rungis Auto garage ripped me off and their work wasn't even reimbursed!!
