Bad rating because their interest in leasing contracts makes them lose sight of that of their customers. Customers over 80 years old who drive very little and should therefore not commit to a long term, they are "advised" to sign a contract which in the event of death puts their spouse in difficulty. When these customers are no longer usable or, in the event of a breakdown, the vehicle spends months in repair WITHOUT compensation, the rents are still due. It is finally sold at auction, the rest of its new value is to be paid to the credit institution by the family.

There are disgruntled customers everywhere, especially those who would like to be repaired before they break down. Posting disparaging comments would be possible for garages in big cities where you are just a number. This is certainly not the case here where the entire staff is busy finding solutions for you. But for that, you should not behave as you seem to have done. Respect is an important thing for living in society...

When I contact them, they are always attentive and helpful. I'm waiting for my car, and they even called me back themselves. I sincerely appreciate it.

I'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0! This garage is unreliable!
The repair time is extremely long (1 month), parts are always missing, so the date the car is supposed to be ready keeps getting pushed back.
And on top of that, when it's a faulty part (on a practically new car), we have to pay for the replacement ourselves! There's no customer service and they're not friendly at all! I'm very dissatisfied. I absolutely do not recommend them!
