Avoid at all costs!!! As a loyal customer, I have always had my vehicle repaired and serviced at this garage. But this time it was the last time!!! On November 13, 2025, I contacted them for "the last straw" when my vehicle broke down. We immediately called this garage to have the repairs done (engine warning light). They suggested I bring my vehicle in on November 19, almost a week later… During this time, I obviously couldn't drive… On November 19, they confirmed the problem and informed us that it would require 3 to 4 hours of labor. Okay, we thought, 3 hours of labor, they'll do it right away, or at worst, the next day if they need to order parts, I'll get my vehicle back. But no, not at all! At first, I was told I could get my vehicle back "around December 4th," then the arrogant guy at reception pretended to be accommodating and told us it would be ready by November 28th... That's already outrageous! What solution is there for us? NONE! 15 days for 3 hours of labor is a joke. And to top it off, being so arrogant, he told me, "You can call any garage, you'll get the same or even longer wait times." On top of that, he asked me if I'd already had the timing belt done, saying if not, it would have to be done. Except, I've been a customer forever—just look it up on his computer—is that complicated?! If I want it done, I'd have to leave my car until about mid-December, he told me. So, given the delays, we simply asked them to just fix the problem and patiently wait until November 28th… And so, I took him at his word and called another garage, explaining the situation. We agreed (with this other garage) that once I picked up my car from Bousquet, I would call back and they would replace the timing belt, leaving it there for the day. So no, sir, not all garages have such long wait times! The competing garage refused to give me an appointment while my car was with them because apparently, it's common practice to hold vehicles, and they wanted to be sure I had it back to do the timing belt replacement. They were absolutely right: On Friday, November 28th, I couldn't pick up my car because they simply hadn't touched it, having dropped it off nine days earlier. On Saturday, they wouldn't even look at it because There were no mechanics available, or perhaps they were prioritizing other vehicles over ours? On Monday, December 1st, I contacted them again because the car my family was lending me wouldn't start, even though I was supposed to have gotten my car back the previous week. I told them this was unacceptable and I absolutely had to get my car back. The arrogant guy made up a story about me insulting his colleague (absolutely not) and that she was going to file a complaint. When I told him I hadn't insulted anyone, he then started talking about harassment. This man is truly hilarious. At that point, I told him I didn't want to deal with him anymore and that he should put me through to a manager. STOP. I then spoke with the workshop manager, who was much more empathetic and understanding of my dissatisfaction. Because it's not right that they haven't given me my car back. She informed me that same day that they still needed to order some broken screws and that I would get my car back on Tuesday, December 2nd, and that she would keep me updated when everything was ready. Which she did. I got my car back on December 2nd after a breakdown on November 13th that required 3 hours of work!!! I can understand them being short-staffed, but at this rate, they should just say so directly: "We can't take your car, it's not possible, sorry, call somewhere else this time." I would have much preferred that! They really think people are idiots. Thanks anyway to the workshop manager who tried to smooth things over, a little too late unfortunately. Perhaps they need to review the organization of the establishment... and the staff. AVOID THIS PLACE.
