Communication problem with Allopneus, who advertised free tire fitting at this center but didn't explicitly mention the offer's expiration date. As a result, I went to this center, further away than usual, to have four tires fitted for free. I left with only two of the four tires; the others hadn't been delivered. The price was exorbitant: €49 for fitting two tires and almost an hour and a half of work. To top it off, my car was returned to me covered in grease. (The staff had opened the window, leaving grease on the controls, the seat, and the door.) Very disappointed.

I made an appointment with Euromaster in Saint Alban Lesse, and when I arrived, he said, "You said you had the oil change light on the dashboard reset." I said yes, but I asked to have the oil changed to reset the light, and he said, "No, no, you said you had to send fluid through, you just had to reset the light." When I told him, "Well, go ahead and do it," he said, "We can't do it without an oil change." Go figure! These people are incompetent and useless. I strongly advise against going there because they're people who've never been to school and think they know everything because they've learned 23 things, and that's it. I'm angry because it's unacceptable to run dealerships like this and put such clowns in the offices.

I highly recommend Euromaster in Saint Alban Leysse. Purpose of my appointment: Tire replacement. Ordering tires online and scheduling the installation was easy. The tires offered excellent value for money. They were punctual. The service was welcoming, attentive, and professional.

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received when I requested roadside assistance after a flat tire on my holiday road trip. While my company vehicle is serviced at Euromaster, like all the other vehicles in my company's fleet in mainland France, they sent me to a competitor in La Ravoire who repaired the damaged tire very professionally! And the service was free! Thank you, Euromaster!

On Friday, July 25th at 2:30 p.m., I dropped my car off to have the front and rear discs and pads cleaned, as well as the brakes bled. During the repair, a part broke: the connector on the right front wiring harness where the brake pad wear indicator cable is housed. (Breakage can certainly happen, I'm aware of that, but the lack of professionalism is unacceptable.) I was notified by phone about the breakdown and told that nothing could be done, that only Audi could do that. Okay, so what do I do with this information? You professionals, can't you find a solution? It's up to me to manage the repairs myself, at my own expense. I dropped my car off for a service, and I left with a broken wiring harness and a brake pad wear indicator light on (which I didn't have!!!). So you don't have insurance for this kind of situation? No goodwill gesture, nothing, not the slightest solution provided. Like, we'll order the part, sir, and then replace it, or we'll provide a quote, which we'll cover. Too bad incompetence has become the norm in 2025!!! If all mechanics had your customer service, we'd be fine. You have all the information, and I'm waiting to hear back from you.
