Good welcome and very reasonable wait time.
I came through UCAR's rental car assistance. The vehicle wasn't very clean inside or out, and the fuel gauge was a little below 3/4 full. Not knowing how much fuel to put in, I returned it without refueling, given the low mileage.
I was a bit surprised because, having driven just over 50 km, I was charged €12 for fuel. Next time, I'll add the fuel myself. A somewhat mixed review.

We received a warm welcome at the Darroman garage and were taken care of immediately upon arrival, just before the lunch break, by the workshop manager, Mr. Bonnet. We had an engine fault light on the dashboard (two orange warning lights) after adding 10 liters of AdBlue to our brand new Jumper JOA. He took the time to explain everything to us while using a diagnostic tool to clear the fault codes. We were surprised to see this fault after only 800 km on the odometer. After this reassuring service on July 31st, we were able to continue our journey to Galicia. Thank you very much for your prompt and competent help and your friendly manner.

During our holiday on the Atlantic coast in the south of France, our Citroën Spacetourer displayed a warning light indicating an engine control fault and that we needed to take it to a garage. Unfortunately, no garage there was willing to help. After the error message disappeared, we continued our journey. Shortly before reaching Bordeaux, the message reappeared. A fault in the exhaust system was also reported. While searching for a garage, we came across SARL GARAGE DARROMAN. We received a very warm welcome and were able to drive our Spacetourer directly to the workshop. The mechanic read the fault memory and explained exactly what the problem was. Fortunately, we were able to get back on the road after clearing the error memory. The garage didn't want to charge us for all of this, but it certainly deserved a generous tip. Thank you so much for your prompt and expert assistance!

The body shop took it upon themselves to repaint my vehicle a different color, not the original, without even asking me.
I opened the doors to see the original paint or checked the year and model of the car, and there was only one color: ULTIMATE RED, a basic, brand-new car.
Even the manager wouldn't listen. Maybe because I'm a woman.
They're acting in bad faith.
Now they're not responding to my registered letter requesting that it be corrected.
And in the end, it's going to court.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Luckily for me, I have the video from before the repairs showing the original color.
