My car was towed to their garage after an alternator failure, diagnosed on-site with a multimeter. I decided to let them handle the repairs, until I received a quote for €1150 (attached). This quote included two front tires, even though I had replaced them just a year ago, two hours of diagnostics (the cause of the failure was already known – I requested an explanation by email, to which I obviously never received a reply), and the remaining cost for parts (alternator and tensioner pulley kit) and labor (luckily, the petroleum jelly wasn't included). I decided to try replacing the part myself with a used one that does the job perfectly (€40), because even though Christmas is coming, I'm not going to pay for your foie gras and caviar!
And don't even get me started on the receptionist, who's only helpful one day out of two...

Good breakdown service, but the garage informs you at the last minute that they cannot work on your vehicle. (Advice: find another garage to avoid wasting money unnecessarily).

Following an accident, the vehicle was towed to the Saint-André depot on July 15 at 8 p.m., the vehicle was recovered late morning on July 18, and four full days of storage were invoiced for a total of €100. Oh well, business is going well.
