Having broken down on the way to my vacation, I entrusted my car to Peugeot Fougère. Service: impeccable! Customer service: exceptional! It's a shame they're so far from my home for regular servicing.
I should point out that larger garages refused to take my car for two weeks...

Came by on August 23rd for an issue with the AdBlue system. I was able to continue my journey peacefully thanks to a quick and efficient response. Thank you also for their kindness.

This man was extremely unpleasant and refused to work on my car. The timing belt had broken, so the engine was ruined. His refusal was based on the fact that a claim had to be filed for the repairs, and that he clearly didn't want to deal with it.

Despite a very busy team and a tight schedule, I was able to contact the garage, which quickly offered to run a diagnostic check on my 308 before my holiday. The service and communication were much more personal than at other Peugeot centers.

Negative... This is the first time, while passing by to have the tire pressure checked on my Peugeot, that I've been made to feel I should tip the mechanic... When I asked, "How much do I owe you?" he replied, "Whatever you want"... Having only a €10 note, it went straight into his pocket... No change given, of course. "Expensive hourly rate" for tire inflation... 😒
