I had an appointment at the garage to find out why my Renault Zoe doesn't heat up when it's above 10 degrees Celsius, even though it heats up perfectly well below 10 degrees.
I went back to pick up the car in the afternoon with a bill for €295 and a quote for €1400.
€295 to diagnose a problem when it cost the garage absolutely nothing, apart from a few minutes or hours (dropping it off in the morning, picking it up in the afternoon) to find the issue. That's outrageous.
What's more, I got the car back covered in mechanical grease on the passenger side, on the seat and the door... I can safely say I'll never set foot in that place again. They had a reputation for being expensive, but this is beyond belief.
I'm giving two stars for actually finding the problem. (After all, that's their job.)

My first experience with purchasing a vehicle, the salesperson tried to charge me for unnecessary fees: "activation fees."
Fees that were simply used to inflate his end-of-year commission, which he himself confirmed.
My second experience with a Dacia vehicle under warranty, and the manager's response: "I don't take warranties, it annoys me, especially Dacias."
If you didn't buy a vehicle from them, don't expect anything from the garage.

Very friendly staff, Frédérique and Sophie are always welcoming and attentive to our problems (big or small).
I just stopped by to have the tow ball removed, and Frédérique removed it immediately without making an appointment. The job was done in 15 minutes and it cost me nothing.
We are really satisfied with this garage and will continue to go there as long as we can still drive, and we will remain loyal to the Renault and Dacia brands.
A big thank you to them and to the entire team.

I will continue to leave positive messages (which seem to disappear...).
That said, I am still delighted with the services at this Renault dealership in Saint Arnoult!
Mutual trust built on respect and reciprocal commitment!
Wonderful people at our service, attentive and caring for our prized vehicles.
They even offer last-minute walk-in service! I will return every week, as usual!

Friendly welcome, but beware of the bill. Tires and labor are 20 to 30% more expensive than usual. A shame for a Renault garage, and especially for the customer.
