We visited to change the address on our Carte Grise. Very helpful and efficient and no charge for this simple administrative change unlike the government agencies who charge at least €30.

I'm outraged by the disrespect shown to me. It took nearly two months to resolve an onboard computer issue following a first service call on a new vehicle. There's a lack of respect in terms of communication, and they don't honor their commitments. Indeed, the customer is no longer king; they're nothing more than a wallet. It's a real shame for a local garage!
You have to be humble and admit that you don't have the skills or the tools, and everything would be so simple!

Excellent service. The vehicle sale was handled smoothly. They even provided me with a loaner car while my own was being prepared. I will definitely come here for my regular servicing.
