Our car broke down during our vacation, and the mechanic repaired it between appointments. The work was well done, and the bill was reasonable. I highly recommend this garage. We left Saint-Aubin with only one regret: losing our mechanic. We would like to warmly thank the entire garage team, and especially Kenny, who took care of our C5. Despite Spoticar's slow administrative processes, he did everything he could to resolve the situation, and thanks to him, we were able to feel much more at ease during this ordeal, which lasted several months. Thank you for your always friendly welcome, your honesty, and your quick turnaround.

It's very difficult to understand the good reviews. I made an appointment with them for a leak search, while looking for a garage closer to my home, leak found, quote amount quoted to repair it compliant but excluding labor cost. I was added a second quote because I was told I had deformed rear tires and brake pads with few kilometers before finishing them (2000km). In total amount quoted €1000 excluding labor still. I hadn't planned for that and my pads weren't 1 year old knowing that I don't drive much, I balked. So I preferred to have everything checked at another Citroën garage (where I originally went). The leak was repaired for almost the same cost labor included. But after several checks by their team, there were no deformed tires (I quote, "we meticulously looked at everything from every angle, but there's nothing to report, and the pads have 15,000 kilometers left to go." Nice try, but it failed, and I'm not giving you good publicity, and I'm also running away from you. A common practice with female customers, perhaps? I'll add in response to your reply that I didn't sign a leak repair quote, so no parts needed to be ordered based on this principle. Your emergency appointment only concerned the leak search. And that doesn't explain the second quote for work that didn't need to be done, particularly on new pads, which you told me had 2,000 km left to do, compared to 15,000 km in reality. The same goes for the tires, which have no deformation. My car has passed its MOT without any problems since, and these parts haven't been changed. We're talking about a vehicle that's always been maintained. garage, but one thing is certain, never again. To date, I haven't found a solution to this strange attempt at additional and unnecessary work on my vehicle. So I'm going to continue driving more miles to have my vehicle serviced by an honest professional.
