Professional work.
Honest and transparent, this professional doesn't try (like some mechanics) to sell more services than necessary for vehicle maintenance (when I compared quotes on the market, some unscrupulous garages were pricing unnecessary work on my car). That's commendable.
Furthermore, his price was fair (around €540 to replace a timing belt kit, which I think is reasonable).
Thank you.

We had been customers for many years, and then during our last service, without a single call to ask our opinion, the bill had doubled. We refused to pay, and they removed the brake pads and discs they had replaced without our consent, which my husband then replaced himself at a lower cost.
Instead of admitting their mistake and finding a compromise, they wasted their time and money, all because of an overly arrogant owner! I strongly advise against using this garage.

A loyal customer for almost 10 years now, my car is always well-maintained at this garage by the team who work there. Melissa, who manages reception, is always pleasant and always makes sure to meet customer expectations.

As a long-time customer of this garage, I am completely satisfied with both the service and the customer experience.
All the staff are always attentive to their customers. I highly recommend this garage.
Following my vehicle's service today, everything is perfect, nothing to complain about.

Negative review: I've been a customer for years. I regularly had my servicing and MOTs done there. Two years ago, I had a problem leaving the garage... anyway... This time, feeling very anxious, I had two vehicles serviced and tested. The bill was astronomical, and I paid in two installments. As I was leaving the garage, I called them back and told them there was a problem with the key, that it wasn't mine... The immediate response: "That's impossible!" Two weeks later, I went to fill up the tank: I couldn't open the gas cap... the same for the door.
It wasn't my key, and they refused to admit any possible mistake on their part. The manager told me that someone must have forced the lock. I then took out the spare key to show them that nothing had been forced. Far from listening to what I was saying, the manager rudely replied, without any attempt at self-reflection, that it was my key that was worn out!!!???? It was impossible to make them understand that there might have been a mistake on their end.
They showed absolutely no professionalism, nor any obligation to deliver a vehicle that I can no longer refuel, only to tell me, when I returned to report the problem, that they needed to replace the worn insert of my key??!?!?
I left in tears, convinced I'd been ripped off... What can I do?
P.S.: Tuesday, December 2nd. Still having key trouble, but I now know what happened. While changing my key fob, someone in the garage clamped my key in a vise to pop off the small clip. Unfortunately, the outer groove was damaged. As a result, my key no longer fits in the door and won't open the gas cap...
This garage isn't what it used to be: I strongly advise against going there.
