Always a good service here. Took the time to mention what the service would include based on current mileage and age of car. Also explained a manufacturer recall which would be looked at and dealt with free of charge.
Mentioned when the car would be ready after starting on it immediately.
Always friendly and helpful customer service and part of the Renault network.

As the owner of a beautiful but somewhat temperamental Japanese car, I've recently discovered this garage, located just 10 km from my home.
The service is excellent, and most importantly, you can have a real conversation with the head of diagnostics and repairs.
The explanations are clear, precise, and honest, even for someone unfamiliar with cars. Mr. Marcilly and his team seem genuinely passionate about mechanics and troubleshooting.

As for the service, it's true, we're always well received. Getting explanations about this or that tire or part... no problem at all.
For several years, as a single woman, I entrusted my vehicle to you for every oil change, tire replacement, brake pad replacement... basically, everything that needs repairing on a car, etc.
Until the day my car had to go for its MOT and it failed... yes, FAILED, you heard right, and I had to rush it to a garage to have the brakes fixed because otherwise I couldn't drive it anymore!!!
Even though it's been serviced at your garage for several years... It's unbelievable, I was completely stunned!!! I couldn't believe it! I TRUSTED you, this garage in St. Boil, and a RENAULT garage no less???
The reason I'm posting this review today is that my car is back at the garage for an oil change… and I've just learned that while the oil changes were recorded, the air filter and fuel filter haven't been changed in years…!!!!! What a disgrace! I can't believe it. How could a Renault mechanic in Saint Boil be so dishonest towards a woman? I'm certainly not going to give you good publicity. Of course, a woman (like me) isn't going to go and check if the fuel filter has been changed; it's not my job, and I trusted my mechanic.
So, ladies and gentlemen, beware.

A very reliable and competent mechanic. A "phantom" breakdown on my work vehicle was very difficult to find. Mr. Marcilly was able to find the solutions to repair my vehicle!
And above all, he was very accommodating so as not to impact my professional activity.
Finally, a mechanic I can trust!
