The service was quick in replacing the part in my airbag.
However, I regret the complete lack of transparency regarding the billing for a part related to my windshield.
(I didn't request any work; I simply asked how I could correct this.)
I was given no information beforehand, which I consider unacceptable.
The part itself wasn't billed, but the mechanic's reaction surprised me, especially coming from such a reputable garage. (So, madam, we should work for free?!)
I consider this reaction disproportionate and inappropriate towards a customer.
A minimum of respect and transparency towards the customer is essential.

Excellent service, work completed the same day as the part was available for repairs that could only be done at an authorized Citroën garage. The mechanic took the time to show me the replaced part with clear explanations.
+ a courtesy vehicle was provided.
