Fitting four Kleber brand tires to a small woman who only drives short distances, without asking her opinion on the tire range she preferred, and then charging her €400... I don't think that's very nice of you.
We're talking about a very small tire size (R14).
She could have gotten them for almost half the price if you had offered her entry-level tires.

I was a customer of this garage when it was under the previous owners.
I went back because it's close to home.
My first experience with the new owners was extremely positive. Friendly welcome, accurate quote, and deadlines met—what more could you ask for?

I picked up my car today. The work was done quickly (I had booked an appointment beforehand), the work was carried out according to the quote, and the price was fair. As a regular customer of this garage, I highly recommend them. They give good advice and always inform you beforehand if anything else is wrong during disassembly. You then have the option of having the additional work done or not (if possible, of course), and they promise a well-maintained vehicle. I have a second car that needs work done, and I've already booked another appointment. Thank you to them.
