I'm giving it two stars because buying a car might be worthwhile, but for leasing, never go to this dealership. Mr. Firmin in the service department is dismissive, gives people dirty looks, and is condescending. Jean Marchand, on the other hand, is very arrogant and treats customers like his buddies. Instead of saying "euros," he says "balls," like "417 balls," which doesn't go down well with customers. We're not friends, we don't know each other, so it's very inappropriate. My boyfriend had a car on a lease, and we'll never come to this dealership again for leasing, let alone buying. I was a bit disappointed because I was planning to buy a new car, not right away, but in the future. Now I'm wondering if I wouldn't be better off going to another dealership because dealing with advisors like that doesn't interest me at all. You can joke around with customers, but you have to remain respectful. However, the reception staff are very good, no complaints there—smiling, pleasant, and attentive.
