The receptionist was extremely unpleasant. When you try to call, they hang up on you immediately. After the fourth call, you finally get through to someone: "Yes, what's it about?" (sorry to bother you). We then explained our situation regarding a follow-up vehicle inspection that needs to be done quickly to see if there's an available appointment for the problem. The response: "That won't be possible, sorry," then another hung-up.
Frankly, you're better off going to another garage if you're going to be treated like this.
And let's be clear: when a call is disconnected and the number is displayed, especially if the problem supposedly originates from an internal phone system, you call the person back. That's basic competence and professionalism. It's your job, madam.

Appointment booked a week in advance, wrong address in the confirmation message… no courtesy car offered despite having reserved one… total disappointment, avoid at all costs!!!

My car was showing worrying engine faults, and I dropped by unannounced. Despite being very busy, the mechanic took the time to give me an initial diagnosis. I found him very professional and responsive.

Car purchased in February 2024.
We received the car on Friday, and on Tuesday they called us to tell us to come back because the vehicle inspection hadn't been carried out (great, here we go!!!). After a few days, the right-hand side mirror wouldn't fold in, and there were oil leaks every four months.
In April 2025, we had a major problem with the car on the road; it wouldn't move. So it ended up at the nearest Peugeot garage. The garage kept it and worked on it. The verdict: the engine needed replacing (thankfully, we had taken out the Spoticar extended warranty, and several mechanics confirmed that it was a good thing we did because a PureTech car is not at all reliable). Since then, there's been no progress because Peugeot Trégueux is taking a long time to send the car's invoices. Luckily, we had the invoices they wanted, and we got a positive response afterward: the engine replacement was accepted!
Thank you, Peugeot Gemy Saint Brieuc! Avoid them at all costs!
