Had a problem with my camper van, so I went to see the ladies in the garage. They organized my van to be picked up and found me somewhere to stay overnight. They took the stress out of a stressful situation for me. I could not thank them enough, lovely people.

Having a used C4 under warranty, and for my first oil change, I made an appointment at Roquain garage. The loaner car was fine.
I had to make do with 20 km.
The bill came to €273.67, and after refilling the tank, they charged me €5.24 for diesel. First visit, but the last. Bravo!

I have nothing but praise for Mr. Roquain himself; he's always very responsive, accommodating, and professional. However, I agree with the comment below regarding the receptionist's manner of speaking—always defensive or unpleasant, even when speaking calmly.
Regarding my vehicle, the three-month wait was justified (or not in some respects, but Mr. Roquain doesn't seem to be able to handle the slowness of Audi or the experts), but I'm slightly disappointed with the result, especially the touch-up pen work. I had to make an appointment with a detailing company to fix a repair that was supposed to be convenient for me (see photo).
Finally, the condition of the courtesy vehicles is completely unacceptable. I was given a Citroën C3 with warped brakes, which nearly caused an accident, followed by a C4 with a DPF warning light that came on randomly.
I'm very glad to finally get my vehicle back, but disappointed that it was under such circumstances.

I urge you to compare quotes and proposals for work on your car before entrusting it to them, as they provided a poor diagnosis and their prices were far higher than those of nearby garages. Furthermore, the work was so badly done that I had to have it redone by another mechanic. Avoid them at all costs.
