Absolutely avoid this place!!! I'm giving it one star because I can't give less, but this AD garage in Saint-Chamond is completely contrary to AD's policy!!! I had my battery replaced there just two years ago (when my car was towed there), so it's still under warranty... It turns out it's already dead, and instead of taking responsibility, the garage manager isn't happy and is reluctant to replace it!!! I had to contact the AD manager for the region... and to top it all off, I just found out from my current AD mechanic (in Lyon) that the battery he replaced wasn't even new!!! So, aside from his professionalism, which is practically nonexistent, I'd add that his welcome and friendliness are equally appalling... 🤮🤮🤮🤮 So, just a word of advice: Don't set foot in there!!

The repair was done very quickly and professionally, I am very satisfied. I recommend this garage without hesitation.

I get a quote for the window regulator buttons that no longer work, I pay €70 for the quote. A few weeks later I come back to have them changed. I ask the price, the guy tells me €159. Do the math, €230 including the quote already paid for a repair that costs €80 including parts. Zero confidence!! When I see the ad on TV it makes me want to throw up

The negative reviews are fake and written by competing garages; the owner is accommodating, I've bought two vehicles from him, no problems

I came in for some touch-ups on my rims and bodywork, and the work was done very well at a more than reasonable price.
