A garage that's overwhelmed with appointments and understaffed, so I think the negative review might be welcome. Fewer customers, meaning fewer problems, would be nice; I think that's what they want. I explain: I arrive at the garage for my husband's car. My husband asks for a quote, to which one of the mechanics on site responds very frankly, in a tone I already didn't appreciate: "We're understaffed, I didn't have time to get your quote." He continues to justify the fact that he didn't have time. In short, I intervene by telling him that, however, we can already schedule an appointment while we wait for his quote. He immediately softens when I speak to him and makes an appointment for November 28th. We calmly make the appointment and leave. My husband goes back for the quote, and they tell him, "Yes, it's the guy from the Ford KA who called 42 times." (I want to clarify that he was probably talking about his IQ because he made a mistake, my husband went there twice before that, but ANYWAY.) The mechanic gives him a rough quote, and ends up charging €750 for parts that don't even cost €100. So the quote gets a bit inflated in the customer's mind, too bad, it's not honest. And when you're dishonest with an IQ (that's the definition of IQ, Mr. Mechanic, don't go looking it up 🔍 on Google, I'm here for the translation 😉) of 42, well, unfortunately, it's more bad for you than for us. Of course, the appointment won't be honored, as there's a risk of calling you back again and bothering you. Just one last word for you, and it's really sincere and almost kind of me: - you have to grow up... for you it's already important because your politeness rate is close to zero with an arrogance close to 100... the math isn't right, Mr. Mechanic 🤷🏻‍♀️.

What can I say? Great garage! Welcoming team! Always available for the customer, which is increasingly rare these days! Fair prices, always offering solutions. I encourage you to go see them soon! Yes, they're swamped, which is normal when you're a professional. I love it!

They've been taking care of my car for two years now. They're very responsive and explain things very well. Their prices are fair and they don't inflate them. If I have any more problems with my car, I'll go back to them without hesitation.

Avoid this garage at all costs! You asked twice for a quote before booking an appointment for a minor service. They told you no quote could be provided, but they gave you the price verbally—typical of a con artist. On the day of the service, they asked for your keys, registration, and phone number without having you sign a price agreement. They then told you they would call if there were any problems. You dropped off your car when they opened, but heard nothing until closing time. You called them just before closing and were told they'd finished three hours earlier. Once you arrived, you learned that nothing had been done because the OBD diagnostic showed something wrong with the car. Knowing that you were told they would call you if there was a problem, and that nothing was done, upon arrival, one of the mechanics, reeking of alcohol, took it upon himself to threaten you, even pressing his forehead against yours. He demanded you leave the garage immediately (because you were giving him bad publicity in front of the other customers by asking for an explanation). In short, I understand better why almost no reviews have been left for this garage, given how appalling it is. This kind of garage shouldn't even exist, but hey, make up your own mind.
