This garage shouldn't be affiliated with any brand. They're incapable of finding an abnormal coolant leak. As a mechanic with 25 years of experience, I've never seen a single diagnostic scan performed to find a coolant leak. In short, they've run two diagnostic checks and changed the coolant, but the problem persists. And now they're asking for another month's wait to come back for another inspection—that's unacceptable. Especially since another garage of the same brand found the problem in under 10 minutes; it was simply a leaking water pump. I find it very worrying that they can't even locate a water pump leak. I seriously doubt the professionalism of this garage. Not to mention everything else I've noticed during my visits: no seat covers, no shortage of tools, etc. And today, after the Amandiers garage replaced a side mirror on my vehicle, the glass fell off while driving and remained suspended by the defroster wires. I thought it had just come unclipped, but during the replacement they broke some clips, and instead of replacing the faulty part and admitting their mistake, they glued the glass back on with windshield adhesive. With vibrations and temperature variations, the glass came loose. Meanwhile, this rearview mirror still cost me €500.
