We were very impressed with the care and professionalism we experienced at Audi.
Maxime Brion, the conseiller client went above and beyond his role to help us - we had broken down on holiday (1200km from home!) and were en route driving to the UK. He assisted us to find trains and transport for our onward journey and took extra time to help us in what was a very challenging situation. The customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

My first experience with Audi was absolutely perfect. From the initial sales contact to the vehicle delivery, Théo was incredibly available, attentive, and professional. Marion's guidance during the vehicle handover was also flawless; she was very patient and offered helpful advice, making me feel completely confident from the moment I left the dealership.
In short, the service was truly premium, befitting the quality of the vehicles they sell. I highly recommend them.
