I'm forced to give 1 star, but it deserves 0! Frankly, I'm disappointed with the workshop and some of the employees at the counter! I had to go there once just to schedule an appointment because it wasn't possible over the phone, and another time to be told the warranty didn't apply because I hadn't brought the part. Then I was made to wait two hours for a quote that I never received because I left, tired of waiting! Honestly, this needs to be reviewed! I was going to exchange my car there (for a Skoda), but no thanks, since they're just looking for any excuse not to honor the warranty! I will definitely warn others about this place!

I wanted to buy a new Tiguan from the Saint-Denis dealership with the salesman Vishal, but since I couldn't get financing, the dealership is refusing to refund my deposit. The order form was signed on Saturday, and I returned it on Monday to cancel the order. I had to contact the salesman repeatedly, who was supposed to find a solution with his manager. After weekly follow-ups, they told me they couldn't refund me and gave me a voucher valid for two years, which must be used towards the purchase of a vehicle.
I do not recommend this dealership. I am disappointed in them and in the GBH group, who know how to take our money even when we can't finance a vehicle. I don't think this large group is worried about €500, unlike me. It's simply theft!
