We took our Scénic in after a major power problem prevented us from taking the highway. We quickly got an appointment for a diagnostic using the Renault tool, which identified the fault. The vehicle was then promptly taken in for repairs.
The staff is helpful and friendly; I highly recommend this garage. This isn't the first time we've used them: earlier this year, we had a problem with the engine cutting out on its own while driving, due to a loose wire making poor contact and a blown fuse.
This was the only garage that found the actual fault, while several others simply advised us to replace the battery, which would have been unnecessary and costly.

After an accident, my car was towed to this garage, and I received a quote of over €11,000 for repairs.
After consulting my own mechanic, I decided to have the car towed there, and they gave me a new quote of €1,600.
A difference of almost €10,000. I think we could call it a scam.

Having hit a deer last Saturday, my car has already been repaired 5 days later. Jérôme (the mechanic who took care of my car, from towing to repairs) was remarkably kind and efficient, thanks to him I can go on vacation with peace of mind, thank you

I had a flat tire on Saturday. I went to see a mechanic at home (in my department), I told him about the problem I had in your department with my car, and your intervention. He was surprised, you didn't change my 4 tires, and you did a geometry check on the front and rear axles, and the parallelism of the front and rear axles... the mechanic said to me, but why did he do that, if he didn't change all 4 tires??? If I were to break down again in the Nièvre, I would be less stupid!!! To validate my message I am obliged to put a star, but I have the feeling of having been taken for a...!!!
