The two receptionists were haughty and had absolutely no sense of hospitality. As a loyal Peugeot customer, both personally and professionally (I own a fleet of several vehicles), the reception I received for a simple inquiry has led me to switch to a competitor, effective immediately.
I am very disappointed. And yet, I am far from being a difficult customer.
Ladies, please do not tailor your approach to customer service based on the customer's background, age, etc. The previous receptionists were much more welcoming than you.
I will not be returning!
