I had made an appointment at Point S for a car repair, clearly stating that I wanted it done the same day.
On the day of the appointment, my car remained at the garage for several days because "no lift was available." Despite several calls, I received the same answer each time, without any solution or clear communication.
After a week of useless waiting, I decided to pick up my car.
I am very disappointed by this lack of organization and professionalism. I will never use their service again, and I strongly advise against this garage to anyone looking for reliable service that respects its customers.

I had a terrible experience with the Point S garage a few years ago, but I neglected to leave a negative review until today. I simply went in to have the air conditioning recharged in my Peugeot 207, which had just been completely refurbished. The mechanic led me to believe there was a leak—which was totally untrue. He told me the repairs could cost over €600.
In the end, I went to Feu Vert: the recharge was done immediately and without any problems. This proves that Point S's diagnosis was misleading.
These mechanics are clearly dishonest and take advantage of their customers. It's truly unfortunate that we can't give zero stars, because I strongly advise against going there.

The reception staff were incredibly unfriendly. It's true I only wanted to check my tire pressure, which I understand isn't very profitable.
Nevertheless, they directed me to the workshop!
Someone came to do it.
I greeted them three times with no response!
At the end of the inflation, which took about two minutes, I gave them €2, and then I got a look, a smile, and a thank you (a completely unnecessary thank you, by the way)!
What a shame! A smile costs nothing!
I must have caught them on a bad day 😉
Despite everything, I left safe and sound. THANK YOU for that, and never mind the rest.
